Can you guess the top 5 companies in America for employee happiness?

I recently happened upon a ranking of the top 5 companies in America, the UK, and Canada for employee happiness.

I think when you hear what companies they are — especially at №1 — you’ll probably be a little shocked.

Let me run you through that top five, and then I’ll explain why I’m actually not that surprised at all about that top spot — even if most people would be.

Best workplaces — the process

These rankings — compiled by job search site Indeed.com — are based on the largest study in the world on work wellbeing.

Each year, millions of employees rate their companies on Indeed, including rating their wellbeing at work.

Using the employee work wellbeing ratings shared over the past year, Indeed came up with this list of the top companies for work wellbeing in the United States, UK, and Canada in 2023.

Each company has a wellbeing rating, which I’ll include in the following list.
