The problem with 1:1 coaching is that it's not scaleable and it's tied directly to your time, which is not ideal. People like Ali and Denning make a lot of money selling courses, not doing 1:1. And I think at some point I'll offer a tandem Medium/YouTube course if my channel does make any decent progress.
