The 1 food I never miss
I just made an insane new addition to the smoothie I drink for breakfast every day.
Before, it was just a mix of banana, blueberry, and spinach or kale, with a splash of cherry juice for flavor (plus water and ice).
But recently I started throwing in a small handful of almonds, a small handful of walnuts, and a small handful of pumpkin seeds.
This smoothie actually rules.
It tastes really good, it keeps me full for a large portion of the day, it’s fast to make and easy to clean up, and it’s convenient to consume.
I can also carry on with the rest of my day knowing I’ve already ingested most of the key nutrients I need for a long and healthy life.
After that, I barely need to think about my diet at all.
I think it’s the perfect food, honestly, so good job by me.
